Industries · Where we work

Three verticals where the cost of being wrong is real.

We work in industries where regulation, accuracy, and accountability are not optional — financial services, healthcare, and robotics. Each brings its own constraints, but the engineering discipline that makes an AI system trustworthy is shared.

§ 01

Financial Services

Wealth management, banking, insurance, and capital markets — domains where the data is sensitive, the outcomes are audited, and the cost of being wrong is measured in regulator letters and client trust.

We build agents that sit inside the firm's existing operating model. Each agent takes a single decision off the human's plate — drafting a client briefing, prioritising an exception queue, surfacing risk-relevant signals — while leaving the human accountable for the final call.

Constraints we treat as first-class: data residency, suitability and KYC rules expressed as code, full audit trails on every recommendation, and deterministic fallback when the model is uncertain.

  • Wealth managementClient profiling, portfolio briefings, advisor decision-support agents.
  • KYC / OnboardingDocument review, structured data extraction, anomaly flagging at scale.
  • Risk & fraudPattern recognition, alert triage, analyst-grade case write-ups.
  • Markets & researchMulti-source synthesis, structured analyst briefings, scenario reasoning.
  • Compliance opsPolicy retrieval, regulatory drafting assistance, audit-ready logs.
§ 02

Healthcare

Clinical reporting, decision support, and operations — built for environments where every decision needs a citation, every retrieval needs a source, and patient data legally cannot leave the perimeter.

Healthcare is where the engineering discipline behind production AI matters most. We design agents that ground every clinical claim in a traceable source, mark uncertainty explicitly, and never replace the clinician — they accelerate the work and leave the judgement.

We deploy in-perimeter as a default. Open-weight models on the customer's hardware or sovereign cloud. Audit trails the compliance team can query. Eval harnesses written against held-out historical cases.

  • Clinical reportingDrafting structured reports from imaging, prior studies, and patient context.
  • Decision supportSurfacing relevant findings, prior cases, and literature for clinician review.
  • Imaging workflowsTriage, prioritisation, structured measurement extraction with explicit uncertainty.
  • Hospital operationsCoding assistance, scheduling intelligence, clinical-letter drafting.
  • Pharma & researchTrial-data synthesis, evidence retrieval, scientific drafting with citations.
§ 03

Robotics & Embodied AI

Where the agent's actions move things in the physical world — manufacturing, inspection, logistics, defence — the bar for traceable, bounded behaviour is highest.

We build the perception, planning, and action layer that connects modern AI to the physical world. Vision-language-action systems for inspection and autonomous handling. Decision agents that respect safety envelopes as code. Sim-to-real evaluation pipelines.

This is also where our research practice connects most closely with production work. The same engineering discipline that ships an agent in finance applies, with stricter latency, safety, and reliability constraints when the agent is moving a robot.

  • Autonomous inspectionVLA models for visual inspection, anomaly detection, structured reporting.
  • ManufacturingQuality, line-side decision support, vision-driven adaptive control.
  • LogisticsPick-and-place, warehouse intelligence, route and exception planning.
  • Defence & sovereignConstrained autonomy, on-prem inference, audit-grade decision logs.
  • Field operationsDrone-based inspection, hands-free assistant agents for technicians.
